I greatly appreciate the professionalism and prompt response by EZ Mold.
They showed up when they said. (Not always the case with some companies) They did exactly what they said they would do and provided detailed results in 2-3 days.

Robert couldn’t be a nicer person, and has a wealth of knowledge to offer (not only about mold but about other areas of the house as well. He gave us a ton of great homeowner tips). As new homeowners, we didn’t know what was normal and what was a concern. Robert picked up on the first ring when I called, and he took the time to ask questions and actually listen to me. I could tell immediately that he loves his job and he really cares about helping people. He came out next business day and gave us his honest opinion that we didn’t need a mold inspection. Even though that meant talking himself out of the job. We tried to pay him for his time, but he wouldn’t accept anything. He is not in this business to just take your money. We had a great experience with EZ Mold Inspections.

We have a family member with chronic illnesses, and we wanted to investigate the possibility of mold inhibiting healing.

We contacted Robert from EZ Mold Inspections. He sent Geoff out to perform mold inspections and mold testing in key areas of our home. We were very happy with the level of service we received. He explained what was being tested and why. Geoff gave us tips for prevention, too.

Robert's customer service was also excellent. He immediately called us with our results and reviewed them. They were very informative test results. Robert was quick to return our calls and texts. Scheduling was also very easy and accommodating.
